We are delighted to announce that Muhammad Ali, our Officer at the RPG Property site at Kirkstall Forge in Leeds, is a most worthy winner of the 4 Site Security Outstanding Colleague of the Month award.

Our client’s Building Manager Stephanie Bond nominated Muhammad for his above and beyond service. Muhammad's keen observation, quick action and conscientiousness recently helped avoid a potentially serious issue on site. While on patrol, Muhammad detected and reported a leak in the plant room. His willingness to take responsibility and act immediately allowed him to work with his colleague Mariusz to isolate the leak, clear the area, and monitor the situation.

As the incident was very well managed and dealt with, the event caused minimal disruption. This is a great example of demonstrating our values of Support and Excellence at work and shows how proactive security services can deliver value beyond the patrol.
